These Terms and Conditions govern use of shugart.construction and the Sturm Technology Web Alert Messaging Service used for internal website notifications. By using the website or enrolling in the messaging service, you agree to these terms.
Estimate requests
Submitting an estimate request does not create a construction contract, guarantee availability, or establish a final price or schedule. Project scope, pricing, materials, payment terms, and scheduling must be agreed separately in writing.
You agree to provide accurate contact and project information and not use the form for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
SMS program terms
Program name and description
The program is called the Sturm Technology Web Alert Messaging Service. Sturm Technology sends automated transactional notifications to verified users who monitor web-form activity for customer accounts they are authorized to manage. Alerts identify the applicable customer account, such as Cody Shugart Construction, and summarize the form submission requiring follow-up. Website visitors are not enrolled in the SMS program by submitting a public form.
Consent and eligibility
Only verified users authorized to monitor a Sturm Technology customer account may enroll. Enrollment uses one method: a written email request sent by the intended recipient to main@sturm.technology. The recipient must provide their mobile number and send:
“I expressly consent to receive recurring automated Sturm Technology Web Alert messages at [mobile number] for customer accounts I am authorized to monitor, including Cody Shugart Construction. Message frequency varies based on web-form submissions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”
Sturm Technology verifies the recipient’s identity, confirms authorization with the administrator of each customer account the recipient will monitor, and retains the written consent before adding the mobile number. No number is added based on implied, transferred, or third-party consent.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on web-form submissions for the customer accounts the recipient is authorized to monitor. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's mobile plan.
Opt out and support
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, the recipient may receive one confirmation message and will receive no further program messages unless they enroll again.
If a recipient opts out by mistake, they can text START, YES, or UNSTOP to the same Twilio phone number. Twilio will confirm the renewed opt-in and allow messages from that number to resume. Sturm Technology and its customer accounts cannot override an SMS opt-out on the recipient's behalf.

Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on carrier networks and compatible devices.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Website content
Website text, branding, and project images are owned by or used with permission by Cody Shugart Construction. They may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission.
We try to keep website information accurate, but services, availability, and project details may change without notice.
Disclaimer and limitation
The website is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Cody Shugart Construction is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the website or SMS program changes. Updated terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
